Sheet pile and wellpoint dewatering – This site was only 15m from the Port River with an excavation depth of 5.6m. Whilst PSA Civil’s Shoring and bracing kept the excavation safe our Dewatering system kept the excavation completely dry, recovering approx. 260 KL of groundwater per day to facilitate the Spel System Installation

PSA Shoring and Dewatering – Pump Station installation

4.1m Diameter Pump station – Installation completed using a 4.0m shoring panel configuration with corner assemblies replacing struts at one end. Wellpoint dewatering was also installed to provide dry conditions in the excavation. Invert at 6.5m below ground surface level.

Glenelg Digester Cleaning using PSA developed Inline suction pre-filter

PSA Environmental and Civil have developed the inline suction pre filter shown in use. It has proven benefits for this application and is very useful in sewer bypass pumping during sewer repair projects

Sheet pile and wellpoint dewatering – Installed outside of the sheet pile, 1.5m below road level. Pump Station depth 5.63m. The standing water table was 1.5m below ground level. There was an option to locate the wellpoint pump at the lower level, but this was not necessary in this case
